Private Sessions

Private sessions are facilitated by Helen at her studio in Litchfield, Maine. In keeping with the underlying purpose of The Creative Spiral our focus is to return to a state of union with the creative source within us, to move out of ego and allow this life force to flow, nourish our intuition, imagination and creativity. The interplay of creative expression and shamanic practices supports this journey in playful and profound ways. Our ultimate goal is to become aware of our energy/ our vibration so that we may hold a place of love, compassion , gratitude and peace on our planet.
We begin with a brief consultation to determine what would best serve the clientʼs intentions and needs. The desired proportion of the session which the client and/or the facilitator engage in the journeys and creative modalities is also addressed. However, with Helenʼs experience as an artist, facilitator and shamanic practitioner this is bound to evolve organically during the session.
Touch Drawing** - A playful yet profound way to begin journeying to your essence/your soul and your innate creativity, imagination, intuition and wisdom. This offers a wonderful interplay between creative expression and shamanic journey! In the Studio

Soul Remembering**, a playful and profound journey facilitated by Helen and co-created with client to remember your soulʼs blueprint, that you may be present in the world with deeper
mindfulness and consciousness.
Creative process coaching- support and inspiration from someone like Helen with over 50 years experience with “children of all ages from 3-90+” is a gift. Whether a beginning or an experienced venturer into the well of oneʼs creative potential, support for your process is always inspiring and helpful.
Ceremonies and Rituals for individual or group to honor important passages, celebrations, healings, endings and beginnings, etc.
