Personal Retreats

Co-created with Helen to meet individual needs and intentions, these sessions provide a more private space in which to develop of visual expression as sacred practice and to create a personal path to wholeness (“healing -to make whole”). This requires re-embodiment of your soul, the authentic essence with which you incarnated, the place of eternal knowing within you.
Possibilites might include any of the following:

• exploring the use of media and approaches to their use to enhance your practice
  
  
• developing deeper sensitivity to sensations and impulses that arise from our body, heart, soul and remembering how to open to and allow these energies to express through you.
  
  
• Support in recognizing your soul’s unique vibration and creating your practice and accompanying rituals to deepen your embodiment of your vibrational essence.
  
  
• Working through blocks that inevitably come up and “onto the screen” (from living in a world where we are conditioned to let head rule heart and where experiencing our emotions fully is usually not the norm). Then allowing these gifts to nourish and call forth our authentic selves in our process.
  
  
• spend time on the land at Stillpoint to deepen connection with the Earth, All Our Relations and the ancestors for guidance, then drawing and creating with the visions and insights that arise.
